TL Concept
TL Concept is a successful company in the field of insulation, fire protection and ventilation. Our goal is to ensure the highest quality and maximum efficiency for our customers. We specialize in implementing major projects and framework contracts in several European countries. Base for our international activities is our German head office in Klipphausen with 400 employees.
To serve the Scandinavian market, we have already founded a Danish subsidiary, and your employment will be in this company.

PROFESSIONAL AND PERSONAL PREREQUISITES
1.Advanced business economics education in marketing or sales. Alternatively, a technical education as a civil engineer, construction manager or similar
2.Several years of experience within project management in construction and handling of large projects in insulation, fire protection and ventilation technology - network to relevant players is an advantage
3.Experience in building and developing a market at management level ï‚·
4.Fluent in Danish and able to negotiate in English or German
5.Good organizational talent and able to motivate both oneself and employees 6.Sales-oriented and convincing with a hunting instinct to be able to close an order ï‚·
7.Loyal, honest and winning personality - as well as driving license
YOUR TASKS

Establishment, management and expansion of our Danish set-up incl. Employee management (motivation and further development of employees e.g.) ï‚·

Expansion and maintenance of existing and new customer contacts as well as business partners ï‚·

Preparation and negotiation of offers ï‚·

Active project handling (procurement, realisation, management, and control) ï‚·

Monitoring the market and competition incl. conducting market and competition research ï‚·
-
Responsibility for compliance with standards and project requirements ï‚·

Full responsibility for turnover and achievement of financial targets for Denmark ï‚·
-
Identification, qualification and acquisition of relevant construction projects ï‚·

Placement of TL Concept in tenders
