About SØRENSEN - Connecting Markets

The Expert Adviser

Since 1994 we have been consulting firms about their entry into the Scandinavian and German markets.

Our founder, Benny Egholm Sørensen,  is a former trade officer for the Danish Ministry of Trade and Economics and has since starting SØRENSEN - Connecting Markets in 1994 represented the region of Copenhagen, the municipalities of Herning, Aabenraa as well as the German Federal State of Lower Saxony in helping export activities thrive.

Moreover, we are the Scandinavian office of Germany's largest association of  small and medium sized companies - the Bundesverband mittelständische Wirtschaft (BVMW).

History

Benny Sørensen has been advising a large number of companies for the last 31  years in all life cycles of a company and has a very extensive know-how on how to move forward as a company from all situations in the expansion phase towards Scandinavia and Germany in a targeted and success-oriented way. The competences are based on professional experience and he is appreciated for deriving concrete, pragmatic, short- and medium-term action proposals regardless of the initial situation of the company and for mapping out ways that are usually not found in textbooks. He supports the regions in cross-border activities, always focusing on the companies in order to implement the regions' interests in a sustainable way.
